Replacement Beefmaster Heifers raised by Janssen Beefmasters are developed by natural breeding techniques. We use weights and measures to progress development and emphasize EPD's during breeding selection. We have a top notch record when it comes to birthing ease on first calves for our ranch raised heifers. Productivity and fertility with natural breeding in our pastures is monitored on all cows on a regular basis.

Our Beefmaster replacements represent some of the top cow families in the Beefmaster breed. We have built our herd of over 400 producing cattle by selecting top mother cows from some of the leading Beefmaster ranches all over the United States. We select our cows and heifers by overall weight, hardiness, milking ability, fertility, confirmation, and disposition, all of which are priorities in striving to produce cattle that are economical to maintain, easy to handle, and top-quality beef producers
